MONEEEY EULA / ToS
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Moneeey, regarding your use of the Moneeey application ("App") available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you should not use the App.
LICENSE
Moneeey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
SUBSCRIPTION
The App offers a Month Subscription valued at $1.99 / one month (or equivalent) with a free trial period of two weeks. The subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled by the user in the App Store settings. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your App Store account settings. Subscription may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing.

OWNERSHIP
Moneeey retains all right, title and interest in and to the App and all related intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. In the event of any third party claim that the App or the User’s possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Moneeey, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
RESTRICTIONS
You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, transfer, assign, sublicense or reverse engineer the App or any part thereof. You shall not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or any server or network connected to the App.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND MONEEEY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MONEEEY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.
In the event of any failure of the App, the User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to that User; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the owner and operator of the App or its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The User must represent and warrant that (i) he/she is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) he/she is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
